FatFace - COWBRIDGE Opiniones 

I often select and purchase online and have the items delivered to my local FatFace store (Cowbridge). This time I chose an autumnal dress - lovely colours, a good weight to the fabric, with long sleeves, shirred bodice and no flounce - perfect. It looks great on and I am so pleased with it. While at the store I also bought a new long sleeve t-shirt, cream with pretty coloured stripes. I'm wearing it now with my denim dungarees- a previous purchase from FatFace. The Cowbridge store is so nice, bright and well stocked, the Staff is very friendly, helpful and cheerful. I know a person can't be happy all the time, but when working with clients, customers etc. a cheerful and helpful attitude (even if you have to fake it!) makes all the difference to the customer. I was in Cardiff yesterday and visited the FatFace store there, oh, such a difference- a dark store, goods tidy yes, but not well laid out and the staff clearly dispirited (not rude, I don't say that) a gloomy place and I didn't buy anything. What a difference to the lovely Cowbridge store where I am always made welcome and because the atmosphere makes me feel good, usually buy something every visit.
Congratulations on the website, the good and wide choice of clothes and congratulations to the Staff at the Cowbridge store.

I shopped at a good time and scored some sale price items.
Great service, ordering a different size and if not suitable another size could be ordered. A delivery deadline was more than met, arrived much earlier.
Very thankful for my new clothes . I feel good when I wear them and have been complimented. Just what I was looking for.

Ordered on Tuesday the 4th Aug, we were told it would be in next day.
Delivery us delayed, went in to the store to get an update, on Sunday the 9th of August.

Not happy with the service at all.

Because the item I wanted wasn’t available in my size.I ordered a linen top/ blouse from the store nearest me (15miles approx) I placed the Order on a Monday and gave my phone number and email address. I was assured the item was in stock and it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday late afternoon. I went back to the Fatface store in Cowbridge shortly after 4pm only to be disappointed to be told that the item was unfortunately out of stock. I had a refund but I could not understand why I wasn’t contacted by the company to let me know as they had my email and phone number.This would’ve saved me my time and money due to a lack of communication. 1 disappointed customer!

Lovely made jacket and a good fit. Picking it up at the store works well.

The white top was a short length on the body so wasn’t suitable for what I wanted plus the white shade was not as bright as I liked so reluctantly returned. Lovely cotton material and if had been a bit longer I may have kept it!

Prompt and efficient service. Easy to order. Well informed about expected delivery. Easy to collect from store.

Delivery was awful. Said the order would be delivered on Saturday11 January, received a message to say order in shop went to collect , no order spoke to the office who gave contradicting information. Order finally delivered on Wednesday 14 January,
Not the shop where I was collecting from fault.

Always order on line, try on in store and return what I don’t want there and then. Only way for bigger size ladies!

The Cowbridge branch has friendly and welcoming staff .
The cozy,warm top I purchased is extremely comfortable to wear.
