Still haven't received my order after 2…
Still haven't received my order after 2 weeks. Been to the store to collect it but they said all their orders had gone to the airport by mistake. Still no sign of it

Lost order (again!)
Placed an order for delivery to store for collection. Order placed 12th Feb for 17th Feb collection. Still haven't received order as it's lost. Not the first time this has happened either. Would advise others not to us this "delivery" method to this store. This was also items for my Wife's birthday which has now been missed.

Online item only - frustrating
Saw an item online, went to large FF shop at Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh to try on before purchasing. Not stocked. Bought online for next day collection. Took 4 days to arrive. Item is great but I'm fed up of going to a store only to have to go back online to purchase, especially with a larger store.

The contact to say the item was in store was efficient, albeit a day later than requested in the original order. Staff were friendly and helpful when picking up the birthday present I got for my wife especially as I didn’t have my phone with me to present the QR code to pick up the scarf.

Great service and products
I ordered a blouse online but the size was too big so I went to my local Fatface Store to return it. The staff were all very nice in the shop and the sales assistant who was dealing with my return was very helpfull and gave me advice to order a smaller size but offered to put one aside when they come in stock at the Fort Kinnaird Store for me. The customer service and return process is excellent and delivery is always quick. That is why I shop frequently at Fatface as they care about the Customer not just profit.

Amazing staff and great clothes
As ever, the staff are AMAZING and go above and beyond what one expects from sales teams. I love the quality of the clothes and spend way too much money buying from FatFace but the styles suit my taste so it’s well worth it. I would highly recommend FatFace to anyone who hasn’t shopped there.

Ordered online, arrived quickly. Unfortunately one item was to big, returned to shop where the return was processed quickly was no fuss.

10/10 for helpful staff
Thank you very much to the staff who dealt with my coffee incident a couple of weeks ago in store and provided me with a perfect solution. They went above and and beyond my expectations. This help was gratefully received because I had one arm in a sling.
It is lovely to see people do actually care and the help offered was exceptional. Well done Fat Face Fort Kinnard. I will be back.😊😊
