The ladies in Helmsley are always friendly, approachable & helpful. It's a smaller store but has a good selection of clothing & a fair few different sizes available on the racks of each item.

Went to Helmsley store to collect and try on my item, sadly fit came up a bit small (shame as it was a lovely jacket) so returned it, no problems, staff in shop as friendly & helpful as ever.

Easy pleasant experience
I bought a sweatshirt in the online sale, it was easy to order, arrive sooner than expected, I loved the colour & quality but it was too big.
I returned the sweatshirt to the Helmsley store whilst away with no hassle. The assistant was very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have a replacement in a smaller size.

Fatface is great
I buy lots of clothes from Fatface. Especially organic cotton tops and dresses. So comfortable to wear and wash well.
The Helmsley store is well stocked and conveniently located near the market square.

Visit to Hemsley
Visited the lovely store in Hemsley North Yorkshire friendly and helpful staff great range of products fell for a black linen jumpsuit I feel this will last me for many years it’s lovely seeing the store in the middle of this market town

Fatface - quality staff and clothing
Fatface are easy to deal with both in store and online.
Orders and returns dealt with without any fuss and of course the quality of the clothing is top notch.
The fact that that also look after emergency service workers with blue light discount is the cherry on the cake.

I love them
I love them. I have blue 1,s from last yr so decided on a diff colour this time. I love them ! Everybody comments on them as soon as I put them on (both pairs) everybody wants to know where they’re from. You won’t regret them
