Your help desk were great
Your help desk were great, the item was delayed because Everi your courier is so useless in rural areas but he managed to reorder ad get the delivery to me. Needless to say Everi didn't deliver to my address but to the village shop three miles away. Thankfully we recognized the door step and retrieved the parcel.

Nia was so helpful, with such an affable manner and sense of humour. When I asked her for an honest opinion on my choices, she said she had been told she had an honest face... and indeed she has. Left the store buying more than I intended, but very happy

Lovely summer clothes
Lovely selection of summer clothes - perhaps a little expensive however they last for years and tend not to go out of fashion. Really nice friendly staff.

Fabulous customer service and styling advice

Fast and easy
I ordered a couple of T shirsts and was given a date to collect them from the shop. They came a couple of days earlier which was great. Staff in the shop were friendly.

Still waiting for my Xmas jumper- had…
Still waiting for my Xmas jumper- had an email to say it was ready for collection at my nominated store. When I arrived they said it wasn’t there. Shortly after I received a text msg to say it was ready to be collected so I walked back to the store only to be told that it wasn’t there!! The assistant told me it might come in a week or so and didn’t really seem bothered that I had ordered it to Xmas get together.
Spoke to customer services and they were very apologetic and arranged a reorder which should arrive tomorrow

Man Bag
The bag I ordered was delivmiered to the store I selected within 3 days(this was faster than advised at time of ordering) and there was a daily email to remind me to collect it in case I forgot. Staff in your Hereford store were most attentive.
