The assistants were so helpful and gave me really good advice. I was so disappointed to learn that the shop is closing permanently on 20 June - a real loss to the town.

Very helpful,friendly and efficient staff
Bought a dress yesterday from my Hitchin shop yesterday and returned it today as it didn’t fit very well. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient on both occasions.

I’m a great fan of Fatface clothing. The quality is always very good and I like the styles. The staff in the Hitchin branch are always very friendly and helpful which makes shopping there enjoyable

Efficient and fast
I placed an order in the sale. My items arrived quickly but not all of them fitted correctly or looked quite right, so I took them to my local store for a refund. The staff processed the refund quickly, politely and efficiently, so I'm a very happy customer.

Great experience and clothing
Ordered Click and Collect from store. Email following day to say order ready to collect. Staff at store were polite and friendly when I collected parcel. Jumper is lovely. Seems good quality and very soft wool. It's a Christmas present and I think it will be very well received.
