FatFace has always been very…Accommodating
FatFace has always been very accommodating with my queries, also I have a store near me for click and collect. Love their clothing for men, not so much women as seem very old fashioned and colours too dowdy for my liking which I have commented on before.

I knew I’d be in Norfolk for the…
I knew I’d be in Norfolk for the weekend so when I put my order in I made it for collection from the store in Holt. Heidi could not of been more helpful sorting out my order for me so that I could try my items on. It seems a small store yet all is very well displayed with good stock, they had a really good selection of sale items - I ended up purchasing x3 tops that I’m really happy with - a great store to visit, such friendliness really makes a difference

Always outstanding
This experience was a pleasure, from the moment I entered the shop from her cheery greeting to the time I left when I was wished a lovely weekend Danie made it a joy to be there. Fatface staff are always friendly and exceedingly helpful but on a drizzly damp day I left with a smile on my face

Pleasant shopping.
Had to order an item online so decided to click and collect from my local store, have used this store previously and staff always friendly and helpful. Order came quickly and staff sorted my collection within seconds and with a friendly smile too. Well done fat face.

I did an online order to pick up…
I did an online order to pick up instore. Got my confirmation email straight away, and my instore notification a few days later. When I went to pick my delivery up from the store the lady who was serving was very helpful and happy, she was also very personable as I find all the staff in Fat Face.

Didn’t know FatFace did kitchen goods! But bought a lovely biscuit barrel in purple colour with little bees decorated in it! Look lovely and had really good seal!
