I was wonderfully served by Bridget who helped me acquire the coat I was after, luckily with a 20% discount. Brilliant, friendly service. Great product too!

Friendly and welcoming staff
Staff in the store were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome. As a result I purchased more items than I intended to as I felt at ease to browse and not be rushed.

FatFace Ipswich - A great store!
A visit to FatFace (Ipswich store) is always a great shopping experience, the staff are always so lovely, they're super helpful if something is out of stock etc.
I have had the pleasure of being served by Bridgett a few times now, she's a great asset to the team as extremely bubbly & great to chat to! :-)

Review for the sales lady at the Fat Face shop in Ipswich Suffolk. After a hard day at work I dropped into the shop to look at some dresses. I liked 2 and was caught up trying to decide which one to choose when she noticed my work badge and reminded me I could get an NHS discount. Sorry I didn’t get your name but you really made my day!!!
