Excellent customer service
On my recent visit to Fatface, I was met by Nikita. Nikita is really good at finding matching items that suit you, and is always helpful and friendly. I find the shop is well laid out and has a lovely atmosphere. Whichever staff are in there, they are all welcoming and knowledgeable about their products.

Opted for delivery to local shop, parcel arrived when expected and emailed to let me know it was available to collect. I can also return to the shop as well which is great.

Excellent company to deal with. I originally ordered the wrong size and the replacement and return process was very smooth and efficient. And my refund was processed within 36 hours. Will definitely use this company again!

The parcel arrived on time even though…
The parcel arrived on time even though I had been updated earlier on the due date that it was running late so I called in on the off chance. Parcel was waiting- fantastic.
Product is great and will get better with age.
