For my Wife's Birthday, I chose your super Caitlin Tunic blouse, with a lovely Autumn leaf patterns and colour and lovely little buttons. A super relaxed, casual top with 3/4 length pleated sleeves it was on your marvelous offer. It suits her green eyes perfectly. We had a lovely evening meal celebrating her Birthday. I must say she looked even more beautiful in your blouse, if that is at all possible. 67 years young.

Collection brilliant , too big sent for size below will collect and return on same day

Easy to order and very easy to pick up at my local store, staff so nice and friendly and helpful, although I would much rather go and buy directly from the store, but they didn’t have what I wanted at the time.

I'm singing the praise of Kayla Ludlow store....After a few days of dealing with H/O, being fobbed off in general( too long winded & unbelievable to start to put down) Kayla sorted my faulty boots out. I was ready to boycott FF forever! Kayla has restored my faith with excellent customer service.

Ludlow Fatface is great to shop in. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, I asked for some help with jeans and the girls were great and knew all about the product. I will continue to shop in this store, it’s a delight.

Bit sad but only because I didn’t receive a confirmation email.i had one however asking for a review and rang the store and they kindly confirmed it was ready.Not a huge problem in fact.Staff lovely as ever.

No email received to say item was ready for collection. Had to contact customer service to chase up. Opening times on web incorrect so I turned up half an hour before store opened . Item fine however

I am 70 and the styles (worn differently from younger age groups),suit all ages.The clothes wear well and my granddaighter agec13 loves her dunarees,which I would have worn in the 1970's!

Staff at your Ludlow store are extremely helpful and very friendly. So nice to see! Making it a great shopping experience.
And easy returns, when you buy off line. So you can shop with ease and know you only keep the items you fall in love with.

I made two “click and collect” orders within a couple of days. The second one arrived very quickly but the first was sent to a completely different store 100 miles away! It was then posted to the correct store and I collected them both the following week. I think the warehouse elves have been on the Christmas punch early. Otherwise the goods are as expected.
