I ordered online to pick up at the store. I didn’t want all of the items but the store wouldn’t accept them because I paid by PayPal. So I have to post the returns. I pay for everything by PayPal and have never come across this issue with other stores.

Ordered a navy Aubrey jumper size 12 - received a grey hoodie size 22! Very disappointed particularly when my refund did not include the postage I paid. Why should I pay postage for your mistake?!

its great that fatface now do a click and collect at your local store its a lot easier collecting from the store than having to wait in for a delivery,Plus you can try your items on in the store and if there not right return them straight away
