How about an apology?
Bought a shirt from Fatface online as a birthday gift for hubby to be collected instore. Item arrived OK. Two weeks later washed it in line with the label instructions and it shrunk from a Large to an XS. Returned to store and received a refund. But also received very unfriendly service and offered no apology or regret - I was made to feel this was my fault and Fatface certainly were uninterested in any inconvenience this may have caused me as a customer.

Controlled by computers!…
I purchase a jump suit and it fitted perfectly I fell in love with it but it had glue marks on the leg. I returned to the shop and they couldn’t get a new one in time and could not offer a discount. Apparently they have no control as they are run by computers! Not helpful!

Great knitwear & easy pick-up at the Nantwich shop
I collected my package from the FatFace shop in Nantwich, which was easy. Thank you!
I had chosen knitwear and checked the size before buying and both of my choices were the correct size. I know which size I need in future purchases!

I love Fatface sales
