Top quality clothing
Top quality clothing. Have had a few things from FatFace and have never been disappointed. Beautifully made from lovely fabrics, the childrens clothing is fab too. Order received quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to order, fabulous products, delivered when expected. Also popped into a Fat Face shop to check if items could be exchanged or refunded as they are a gift. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful or reassuring ( Nantwich branch) Gives me confidence to order again as I have recently been let down by another well known brand.

Nantwich Store Experience
The other day I popped into the Nantwich store and spoke to Sam who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite joking with me that he had a lot to do, he still took the time to stop and have a chat with me at the till. Excellent customer service!!

I ordered the Katy jumper in a 14 online - as it was slightly large I checked at my local Nantwich store and they had one in stock. Very pleased with their professional and friendly service - nothing was too much trouble. They also processed my return. Delighted with my purchase 😀

Excellent service in store today when making a purchase. The young male store assistant was brilliant. When I showed him my Blue Light discount card, he offered to add this to my Fat Face account in case I ever forgot my card when shopping in future. He was super efficient and really pleasant!

I love fat face products
I love fat face products, although some things can be a bit pricey. Unfortunately, at the fat face shop where I live, the shop assistants are not at all friendly or very polite, which makes me want to shop on line more than go in.
