Order was easy enough, but…
Order was easy enough but there was no tracking as promised and delivery took much longer than expected. Once the item arrived in store it was easy enough to pickup. Maybe the sales staff could have been a bit more engaged rather than talking amongst themselves.

Very easy to order what I wanted online…
Very easy to order what I wanted online and to collect them when I was next in the city centre.
A note to be aware of; should you wish to return any items to a Fatface store make sure you pay using a personal card i.e. debit or credit. I used Paypal and would have had to return by post.
Fortunately everything was perfect with the order and I kept all items. Great quality and perfect fit.

Ordered item online in sale. Fast response and able to collect from shop. Very pleased with item (although would not have been able to afford full price). Once in shop, bought another item in sale. Love the clothes. Staff very friendly and helpful. thank you

Beautiful sustainable clothes. Friendly, helpful staff. Only negative is I’m tall and there is typically only one leg length on trousers, even though people are different heights and also not different lengths on all of the dresses.

Dungarees ordered 2 pairs different…
Dungarees ordered 2 pairs different lengths, unfortunately only recieved one pair and a random pair of bikini bottoms!
Typically the pair I recieved were too long , returned them to store . The sales assistant was really helpful and rang customer service for me the following day and arranged refund , I was even told I could keep the bikini bottoms! ( I didn’t as I didn’t have a need for them )
It was disappointing as the dungarees were lovely and great quality and even better in the sale . I bought them again but paid full price …. Bought in grey , really lovely fit … size 12 short … I’m 5”1 and they’re perfect .
