The store didn’t have my size in a dress I chose- it was just what I was looking for. The assistant without any hesitation ordered it for me and I collected it in store . Perfect and in the sale . Great customer service

Great to go into the store find everything i had seen on line but wanted to try on. Loved them all plus 1 more. The only hiccup was that they couldn't take card payments that day, so I had to leave without them.
However, ordered all, plus 1, online, knowing the sizes and fit were right. I love fat FatFace clothes!

Good quality clothing, excellent service

The product is fantastic however the experience not so. I was charged 40% more than the online price. I contacted customer service on WhatsApp and was told to go back to the store. Contacted the store and they said that all they can do is return the product and issue a refund. As the purchase was an impulsive one and the nearest Fatface store quite a distance I was looking for some better options. No one mentioned that the product could be returned at a Next store. So I ordered online for a free delivery to my nearest Next store and whilst collecting the parcel returned the product purchased in store. So Fatface lost money plus environmental impact. Will think twice before buying in store.

Nicely presented store. Great products. Bought the moose PJs. Lovely fit and Quality and super it’s charity connected.

I love Fat Face because the attention is really good, the store at Paddington is so lovely!! And the quality is great, but I'm a bit disappointed about the sizes... like the smallest trousers or shoes are still big :( impossible for an XS to find one of these items...

Thank you to Fawzi and Virginia who made my experience in store one of the most memorable and exceptional customer service experiences. The store manager Fawzi went out of his way to exchange a faulty item and all in time before my train back home! It was such a positive experience that I'll definitely pop back in on my next trip to London and I recommend anyone waiting or arriving by train to do the same!

Ordered delivery to store and it was sent to the wrong store. Was therefore 4 days late. Good job it wasn't needed for that weekend but as I'm not in London every day I had to make a special trip to get it by deadline

Staff was very helpful.

Today at the Paddington store was the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Normally, I am reluctant to go into social settings. However, Sam made what I was looking for so easy for me and was so attentive. He went far and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.
