Warm Welcome
Staff in the shop work really hard and are always busy. This does not detract from the fact they are very helpfull and friendly. Its lovely to go into this shop you always get a warm welcome.

Lovely glittery jumper for Christmas
Lovely glittery jumper for Christmas. Delivered promptly to the shop who as usual were lovely.
The website seems to be a bit glitchy, as I was messaged to say my item was still in my shopping basket so I ordered again and ended up with two. The shop did my return no problem.

Chose click and collect was advised it would be 5 to 7 days delivery, fine I thought not in a hurry need item in a couple of weeks time. Parcel arrived at my local store within 48 hours. Excellent service.

The staff and the store manager, in particular were very helpful in arranging a return of a garment, finding the correct size and ordering a replacement to be delivered to my home.
