Ned is a 🌟
I visited my local Fatface in Plymouth on Christmas light switch on night this year. I needed a birthday present for the following day. I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn't see myself. Ned offered to check the stock room, with no luck. I was busy trying to decide on another pair and chatting to the other shop assistant and manager. Ned returned after at least 5 minutes with a giant grin on his face. He had searched through boxes and found me a pair. I was so happy. This was definitely above and beyond! I'm so glad I like to talk! The whole staff team are wonderful, but Ned deserves a Christmas bonus for sure. Lovelystore, amazing staff and fabulous quality clothes aswell.

Leading the way
Ordered jeans online and requested they be delivered to the Plymouth shop. I received regular e mail feedback as to the order progress.
The Jeans were received in the shop within 3 days (the estimated timescale being 5-7 days).
The staff in the shop were very helpful and friendly especially towards our little Cockapoo giving him treats and fuss, who now tries to take us into the shop when passing by.

If you go instore the staff are amazing, shout out to plymouth and taunton store, Always helpful and give an honest opinion (when trying on many different styles ) and trying to make your mind up. Quality of clothes do more than one season and ordering online is easy and exceptional delivery. Never had a problem with returning goods, replacements ordered inshore.

We was served by Megan, who was extremely helpful and give more than required assistance to my wife. She made both of us extremely relaxed and gave expert advise.
We were then passed personally to Ella who was again extremely polite and kind.
I would recommend Fat Face Plymouth soaly on Megan and the Ella on the till.

Always quick delivery
Online order collected from FatFace's Plymouth store ... quick, easy and free. My reason for giving 4 stars is that the garment ordered was crammed into a very small bag and so was really creased. On this occasion I have returned the item as it didn't suit me.
