The staff were warm and made me feel very welcome.
I bought two pairs of trousers — they are really nice and fit perfectly. I collected them in store, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

I have always had good experience with Fatface both on line shopping and in store. Their clothing is well made with good comfortable fit true to size and generally on the comfortable side of fit. I have had occasion to return an on line purchase and have always found them helpful and honest dealing. I recommend this brand.
