No communication
After two visits to the store to collect order I was told it wasn’t there. After 20 days and no notifications I emailed customer services. They told me my order was in store and apologised for not being contacted.

Always brilliant here at FatFace in Romsey. It’s not very often I pass the shop without going in. I’m a bit of a jumper person. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

Friendly helpful staff
I found the staff at Romsey to be friendly and helpful.They welcomed me warmly and were very helpful when I need a different size that wasn't in the shop floor.
