Quality products reasonable priced .The only gripe I have is no petite sizes in stores have to buy on line after viewing normal sze in store its a bit of a pain as I am 5ft 2

Great service. Abigail gave clear guidance, having explored my needs in a top. She also suggested a colour she thought would suit me - it did! Georgia processed my items and she was professional, friendly and discussed future fashion options. Also my items were folded beautifully- not just shoved in an
Bag which seems to be the norm in other shops! The Store was very clean and tidy too. Lovely experience. Thank you.

During busy periods, orders are moving through our systems at such a fast pace it can sometimes cause stock levels to become inconsistent which meant that when our team in our distribution centre went to pick your order, they discovered items out of stock.
