Top Customer Service from the three lovely ladies in store Amy, Jan and Daisy. Very Helpful and polite compared to staff in other stores.
Will definitely visit again when back on me holidays.

Amazing staff and store.
I've visited this store a number of times and always found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I've overheard a number of conversations where the staff are looking online or trying to search for different sizes for customers and they've always been able to help. The store is immaculately clean and organised. I've personally dealt with Aimee, the manager, what a lovely lady, she shows true passion and enthusiasm, not only for her job but the company as a whole. I will remain a loyal customer for many years to come 😁

Highly recommend a visit
I visited this store whilst on holiday, I would just like to say a big thank you to all staff especially Pauline.
The store was very clean and tidy all the staff was very polite and helpful.
I wanted a particular top for a family meal, eventually with help I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted.
Thank you again and well done, I will definitely be returning the next time I’m visiting

The store is located in a great location. It has a good range of stock and the staff were all so lovely and helpful.

Discount not applied as promised....
I popped into the Salcombe store recently. Staff were helpful and I chose a hoodie. Before purchasing, I asked if FatFace still provided a discount for BlueLight Card holders. The answer was yes so I provided my card as proof and paid for the item. They provided me with an email receipt and so it was only when I got home and looked at the email did I realise that the discount had not be applied. I called FatFace customer services but they said there was nothing they could do. Poor service on this occasion :(
