I am a regular user of this shop in Sherborne Dorset(fatface) and have done a few decent reviews, complementing the shop and its staff, in the recent past. But in the last few visits, i feel less of a customer, and a bit of an inconvenience. And i might be wrong but I feel like im actually bring mocked!, if that at all makes any sense? At all. Perhaps its just me. I spent a good bit of time looking at clothes today, but out of the 3 staff there, no one came over to help and advise on my purchase. And when I went to pay, there is always a bit of awkwardness around till area, due to the layout. And always an issue with the email/invoice. There was a new team member there, who i had previously thought was absolutely brilliant, but the spark seems to have fizzled out there. Im not really sure what happens there - new people seem to start off on a high, and within 3 months are virtually not there/in the room. From a business leadership and personal business coaching point of view, i wonder if there is a negative influence?. I am not sure if the management are committed to the job, and I mean "Seriously committed to the job, of looking after the customer". As well as keeping the team in the shop upbeat. Regular customers like myself, who have no problem with the brand and products should not be writing a review, when for years, there has been nothing but total loyalty from me! I think I heard that this shop was on the hit list for shutting down? I would hate to see this happening. Best wishes John Griffin 07801100100 Extremely sad as i send this review

Lovely helpful ladies

Back in sherborne, and there is a seriously hot spell happening at the moment, so I walk into Fat Face Sherborne Dorset, and Sharon and her colleague, both on great form, proceed to help and advise, and make great suggestions. I left with an awesome shirt, and yes, I almost have the full collection from there.I would like to complement Sharon and her colleague for being awesome today. The A Team. Never shopped fat face before but having lost a lot of weight tried it brought plenty good quality nice fit the only shame is that I didn’t realise they went up to over a size 20 or I would have been there years ago

Like the quality of the clothes, the relaxed approach to their design and the stores and that for the most part it’s very affordable.

Went to the store to return 2 items from my online order. The store was clean and tidy even with a sale going on. The assistant was happy to serve me with my returns and the process went smoothly. I also shop in the store and always find the assistants to be friendly and helpful.

Love this shop not always something to suit as I only wear blue or white clothes but love and there bee items are great

The staff are, friendly, helpful and know their stock well. Good range of stock. Excellent advice.
