The shop presentation is always attractive. The Sales Staff are knowledgeable andattentive. I always get escorted to the Disabled cubicle and my items carried to the cubicle. Emily m akes it a pleasure to shop in Fat Face.

Problem solved perfectly
I had bought a summer top in May and put it away until the sun came out. I finally had a chance to wear it this week and was surprised to find that the security tag was still on it!! I did not have the receipt but took it to the shop and told them my story. They were able to check out my profile and found the purchase. They then apologised and refunded my money and sold it back to me at the sale price as some compensation for having to go back to the store. Excellent service!! In fact the staff are always friendly and helpful in my local shop.

Excellent service
The website is great and ordering very simple. My order was delivered within 3 days free of charge and returns to store were credited promptly. Overall a very good experience.
