I was in the store in Taunton today and I have to say, the service was exemplary. The lovely young, Lexi I believe, helped me find the exact shorts I was looking for. She made what would have been just a simple transaction a wonderful and fun experience. She left me with a smile and a warm heart. I will be telling all the ladies at the WI to visit your store when they are next in town and we hope Lexi will be there!

Popped into the Taunton store yesterday and I have to say, what outstanding customer service your company has. I had a couple of questions about different items and the lady who served me (Fiona), knew all the answers and more!
I left the shop with a smile on my face, and feeling like I had made a friend.
Not only are your clothes lovely, but your staff are too. 😊

Walking into the Taunton store today, I was met with smiley staff and an offer of a treat for my dog. Very welcoming! I was served by Natalia today, and she was lovely and very helpful, looking for sizes for me. All the girls were very friendly. I was happy to see that Laura still works there too - she's always been a ray of sunshine in the Taunton branch with her lovely smile and friendly, helpful nature!. I saw her going back in as I was leaving. Great range of clothes and colours and nice big changing rooms. I love this shop!

Excellent customer service from Taunton store in Somerset. Natalia helped me with my purchase. I'm disabled in a wheelchair so clothes shopping is harder, but nothing too much. All the clothes are excellent quality.

Hadn’t been into the Taunton store for a while and it had looked a bit tired and jaded the last I went in but wow what a change when I went in this time. It has been laid out beautifully and is so inviting. A member of staff was busy doing a gorgeous display of scarves but instantly greeted me and asked if he could help. Scott was lovely, the perfect mix of professional but with a bit of cheekiness thrown in, he knew exactly how to pitch the conversation. I hadn’t intended to buy anything but ended up with 3 scarves, what a salesman !!!!! I’ll definitely be back

Laura was so friendly and helpful! I came in looking for a black cardigan and she helped me look round the shop then check online. I ended up buying several different items and it was a great shopping experience!

My order has not arrived

An update - I had given one star rating but just received email to say sending my order to home address as previous has been held up.

Only 1 star as I haven’t received the item yet!! Supposed to be delivered to the Taunton store on the 2nd December but not there yet. Today is the 7th and you have sent me a review.

I wasn't asked to give a trust pilot review today but I'm doing so because the customer service in your Taunton store, blew me away!
I thought I was being an annoying customer but the member of staff that served me, made me feel like I had a personal shopper!
Nothing was too much, and I appreciate this lady's customer service skills. I don't know whether to thank Fatface or if this is the norm for this employee/store.

Visited the Taunton store today. Suzi and Ben helped me with two pairs of jeans.They had to order them for me as I needed a size 6 which is not stocked in store. Had them delivered to my home address very pleased with them, they were both so helpful and friendly will be going back to the store very soon :-) Tracy

I visited the Taunton store today. Alison and Fiona went over and above to help me find the perfect dress. I also bought a shirt and jeans and they suggested other options online. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you ladies for being so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will be back.

So easy for me to go collect my stuff from the local Taunton Branch. Saves on postage too!
