What a pleasant store
What a pleasant store. I didnt buy anything but the manager scott was very friendly and asked if I needed any help. Will definitely come again.

Taunton store
I went into the Taunton store and was greeted by Fiona, who after I had browsed around the store, then helped me to find a size that I was looking for that wasn’t on the shop floor.
She was jovial, but professional and made the whole experience easy and I will be back!

I did a bit of shopping in the Taunton…
I did a bit of shopping in the Taunton branch of Fatface and i was really happy with the warm friendly welcome and top notch customer service that i received.
I was served by the lovely Grace and the smiley Lexi and my little Winston was even given a treat!
I had no idea i could take my dog inside until one of the girls told me.
What a lovely experience 😊

5 Star service with a smile
I was in the store in Taunton today and I have to say, the service was exemplary. The lovely young, Lexi I believe, helped me find the exact shorts I was looking for. She made what would have been just a simple transaction a wonderful and fun experience. She left me with a smile and a warm heart. I will be telling all the ladies at the WI to visit your store when they are next in town and we hope Lexi will be there!

Popped into the Taunton store yesterday…
Popped into the Taunton store yesterday and I have to say, what outstanding customer service your company has. I had a couple of questions about different items and the lady who served me (Fiona), knew all the answers and more!
I left the shop with a smile on my face, and feeling like I had made a friend.
Not only are your clothes lovely, but your staff are too. 😊

The Taunton Store is a Winner!
Walking into the Taunton store today, I was met with smiley staff and an offer of a treat for my dog. Very welcoming! I was served by Natalia today, and she was lovely and very helpful, looking for sizes for me. All the girls were very friendly. I was happy to see that Laura still works there too - she's always been a ray of sunshine in the Taunton branch with her lovely smile and friendly, helpful nature!. I saw her going back in as I was leaving. Great range of clothes and colours and nice big changing rooms. I love this shop!

Excellent customer service from Taunton store in Somerset. Natalia helped me with my purchase. I'm disabled in a wheelchair so clothes shopping is harder, but nothing too much. All the clothes are excellent quality.

Brilliant customer service
Hadn’t been into the Taunton store for a while and it had looked a bit tired and jaded the last I went in but wow what a change when I went in this time. It has been laid out beautifully and is so inviting. A member of staff was busy doing a gorgeous display of scarves but instantly greeted me and asked if he could help. Scott was lovely, the perfect mix of professional but with a bit of cheekiness thrown in, he knew exactly how to pitch the conversation. I hadn’t intended to buy anything but ended up with 3 scarves, what a salesman !!!!! I’ll definitely be back

Laura was so friendly and helpful
Laura was so friendly and helpful! I came in looking for a black cardigan and she helped me look round the shop then check online. I ended up buying several different items and it was a great shopping experience!
