Helpful Tavistock branch.
I have always found the Tavistock branch of Fatface welcoming, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I visited the store today and Vicky was particularly helpful in pointing out that the dress I was trying on was available in petite but would need to be ordered online, which she proceeded to do for me.

A perfect purchase!
I had spotted a sun dress in the Tavistock shop at an excellent sale price but when a day later I went in I found that none of the dresses were there! However, though Ella told me that these sale items were being sent back she quickly found me three to try on and my purchase was complete. What could have been a most disappointing day turned out to be most successful! Ella brought me two size 10s to try on as she had spotted some small differences in the pattern ,which I was totally unaware of, so I was really delighted with the one I chose. Thankyou Ella!

Great savings
Went in in the sake to look for trousers. Lots of selection on sale and friendly staff.
The store was quite chilly though so trying on clothes was a little nippy.
