I ordered a linen shirt on line & picked it up at my local store. I tried it on & it is a great fit but the staff said if I needed a different size there would be no problem in changing it. And all with a smile 😃

The staff wete lovely and very helpful. The items i bought were gorgeous. I recommend the whitstable branch. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. Certainly shop there again.

FatFace clothes are always good quality. Ordering online is simple and I have never had an issue. Should something not fit returning is easy.

Great quality clothing
Easy to order on line. Email updates when my order was ready to collect and very easy to collect from the store who had lovely friendly and efficient staff. I bought a great quality dress which fits perfectly. Would highly recommend Fatface clothing.

Lovely blouse ,but thought it was white…
Lovely blouse ,but thought it was white not cream .it fits well and looks lovely on ,so I am keeping it .I picked it up from my local store and the assistant wasn't friendly at all she didn't speak ,so her customer service wasn't good .

Black Jeans
I wanted a long length in some black jeans, but shop only had standard. The assistant was helpful and said that I could order online, and that I would save postage if they were delivered to the shop. I did order online, but there was no provision to collect at the shop and I had to pay postage. However, the jeans had to be returned as I was not happy with the fit.

Extremely annoying that you don’t cater…
Extremely annoying that you don’t cater in store for larger women size 24 /and above. and that I have to go online to purchase and then wait for delivery ( I prefer to shop the high street and keep it alive but have to order online instead ) I would have bought more items if they were in store as sometimes I like them the same day
It’s a shame as when I do get them the clothes are very good quality and fit really well. Plus although my store is small it’s a lovely shop and staff very friendly .I don’t know if this applies to other Fatface stores

Fantastic local shop
Fantastic local shop, with friendly, helpful staff. I much prefer to shop in store. However, the website is easy to use and handy for sending presents to relatives.

Delivery was poor
Delivery was poor. I kept being ignored by your online contacts while chasing X2 messages, tried calling no answer, email - no details given to track parcel. I went to the shop where I asked for it to be delivered they forget to send any notification it was available. I shop alot at Fat Face but online shopping is very poor, my last order was the same.
