Excellent service.
I ordered these lovely light brown corduroy trousers to collect from Winchester. I received the usual excellent service from Ben at Winchester branch. Always happy , polite and friendly. Always extremely good at his job.

I visited the Winchester store and…
I visited the Winchester store and wanted to purchase a skirt and blouse but unfortunately they did not have my size. A member of staff ( a young man) said he would order it online for me, and arranged it to be sent to my local store in Reading. I picked it up in Reading and the staff there were very helpful. All in all it was a very easy transaction, which is very rare these days!

Pleasant experience
Listened attentively, understood what I was looking for. Gave me a choice of colour-way which I’d not known about. Searched on rails for me. Went to stock room to find my size. Very helpful and friendly. Walked out smiling wishing every shop experience was as good.

Entering the store I immediately felt at ease; the shop was laid out beautifully and had great summer vibes. The staff were so pleasant and happy to help when needed. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, but rather felt like a friend. Can’t wait to pop back in! Thanks guys!
