It was actually returning them, I needed the short, unfortunately I couldn’t find them in store, but the gentleman at the Woking store was so helpful and looked for me. He also did the refund so fast and was lovely about it, having worked in retail for years, this is how you do a refund to keep customers coming back.
It actually made me want to buy something in store.

I bought two gifts online and collected from the shop. As they were gifts I asked for a gift receipt which the system couldn't provide but the assistant gave me two priced receipts which was very helpful.

Fat Face clothing is great quality and the fit is good, also offers a short length which is helpful. I find the staff are always so helpful and friendly, I really enjoy the whole shopping experience and am a massive fan of this brand.

Woking shopping
I have bought many items in the Woking store over the last year. The staff are really kind & helpful & the shop is well laid out. The racks are kept tidy & in size order which makes shopping easier.
