Had to return items as bought on line & bought different sizes so took them back to the shop . So pleasant and no problem in doing it. In fact t found another item to buy!

I am alwaymy purchases
I am always pleased with my purchases, I am still wearing items that are 5-6 years old and look as good as new. The ethos of the company is brilliant please continue with your beliefs.Plus your shop staff are lovely not pushing you but very helpful.

Purchasing items on line was a relatively easy experience, as was returning one of the items. Very quick response to returning the money into my bank. Usually, I have a stressful time waiting for money to be returned from other outlets.

Great service in store
Great service in store and speedy delivery of replacement dress for my partner. New member of staff was super helpful in finding an alternative item due to end of line. Great customer service in both Woodbridge and Norwich stores over the last couple of weeks. Fantastic company!

Lovely, well made tops at a great price in the sale.
I’m 5’ 2’’ tall and a size 6 (in Fat Face clothing) and the tops are flattering at the waist and on the shoulders. I’m really pleased with my purchase

Always assured of a welcome when visiting my local store. Aldeburgh and Southwold are the same too. Very helpful staff who are prepared to go the extra mile. I think Woodbridge is quite a spacious store, but I know some things they do not stock as it is not considered a large branch. Wish you could squeeze a bit more in there though.

The staff went above and beyond for me
The staff went above and beyond for me. I asked if an item could be put aside as I had forgotten my purse.
I was so happy a week later when I went in the store not only had they put the item aside they remembered I forgot my purse.
I love going into fatface I always feel so welcome, which makes me want to browse longer and keep returning.
