My second board from Fatstick... excellent quality and great customer service!

Love my new board! This is my 5th board over the years and first from Fatstick. Looks great, seems good quality, plenty of accessories included (wheeled bag is a winner for me) and correspondence has been fab. All at a great price too!

Absolutely obsessed with my fatstick Oval XL cold tub. A really fantastic size and amazing quality for a bargain price in the sale. Could not be happier! Thanks so much!

I recently offered an XL ice bath that we just recieved and excited to unpack and use. Unfortunately we found that it looked like it had already been used as it was filthy and marked. I took photos as proof. I have tried to call the number advertised but no answer so I will now wait for a reply from my email

I have been borrowing my mate's paddleboard just to see if it was 'my thing' and I honestly could have gone either way if I didn't have a dog! I really wanted to get my dog on the board too but my mate was a little reluctant to let me train on his board, so I thought I'll have to get my own.
I went with Fatsticks because customer service & product reviews were excellent, I found the Pure Art board (pink panther) very attractive and the company is based in my home county of Dorset.
Fell in love with the board as soon as it was out of the box, also love the bag...it's sooo big! Took a little bit of practise to get the main fin in place but easy peasy really.
Took it out on a lovely quiet lake with the dog, thank goodness he liked it. It's a 4.7" deep board compared to my mates 6" one and I got on with it so much better. Everything about it is 5 🌟
Liked the fact Fatstick sent through safety guidelines, it's easy to be complacent.
My dog and I are now set on having many adventures down the rivers and I hope to get out into Poole Harbour with my mates and do a bit of eagle spotting at the same time.

Item has not even arrived yet and already the customer service has been fantastic and they planted a tree for me......

The carbon paddle i bought from these guys, is sub standard, the centre section creaks like it's going to snap, and the paddle end often comes lose and/or rotates within the shaft.
They're all about "feedback", until you report an issue, then they're like "ah well, that's a shame", with no resolution offered....
I'd avoid and perhaps spend a little more money on a guaranteed product elsewhwere tbh, not at all impressed.

EDIT - Reuben, even here you have completely avoided the issue of the manufacturing flaw in the centre section of the paddle, carbon should not creak like that under load - the paddle is clearly faulty!

I ordered one of Fatstick coats as a Christmas present. It arrived quickly and the quality was great. Unfortunately the size was wrong so I contacted them to ask to exchange it. Their customer service was probably the best I have had. They were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend their products. Outstanding. Thank you

I have recently purchased the motorised fin from Fatboards. The level of service I have received from start to finish has been 5* (or more), even if I totally misunderstood some advice offered and was quite sharp, Ruben quickly difused the situation and personally called me to check if I was understanding him, which stopped me in my tracks and I quickly realised he was going above and beyond to help me (Apolgies to Ruben)!
Amazing customer service all round.
Would confidently purchase from fatstickboards and highly recommend this company. Nothing is too much for the team and every query is responded to almost instantly.

I recently purchased a Fatstick Carbon Pro hard board from Fatstick Boards and I have to say the whole experience was just about as good as it gets. The price paid for this superb board was below what you would expect for such a superb piece of equipment, has looks to die for and absolutely oozes quality.
Delivery was superbly orchestrated through Reuben, the owner of Fatstick who kept me informed every step of the way. The board was delivered with meticulous care coming in a nice padded bag and wrapped in cardboard for the journey. it's worth noting that Fatstick use a private carrier for these boards so damage-free shipping is guaranteed.
All in all I'm super impressed with Fatstick Boards and their service, so much so that my wife has bought one too!

I recently purchased one of the Pure Art boards from Fatstick, and I couldn't be more impressed. Smooth and quick service, the board arrived the next day! The quality and attention to detail are excellent. It’s well-constructed and looks great, can see this lasting for a long time. Comes with everything you need in one box. The bag to put everything in is huge and can easily fit everything else you need to take to the beach in the same bag so you can put it all on you bag or use the wheels on the bag to pull it with you.

The team at Fatstick are friendly and knowledgeable - awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend to everyone and they even plant a tree for each board purchased.

I bought the FatStick wheeled SUP bag as my blue fin SUP is so heavy to carry. This new bag is awesome, has nice big wheels and plenty of room for all of my stuff to go on it along with the board. A minor delivery problem was immediately sorted by Fatstick without any quibble and the customer service is second to none. A1 recommended.

The customer service when I order my board was superb. Always helpful. The board was sent promptly.
I have unpacked my board and inflated it but yet to go out on the water. I can't wait to get started.

This friendly company gets better and better and couldn’t recommend them enough , I started with a basic paddle with my Fatstick board and thought it deserved an upgrade .. within 3 days my new carbon paddle was here , quality product very happy with the item and the bag it comes with

Great customer service, before purchasing I emailed a question and they came straight back, I purchased 2 SUP boards and they arrived next working day, have unpacked and inflated them, they seem of excellent quality but not tested on the water yet!

Asked some questions via their contact page-quick responses and I was able to proceed with an order immediately.
