René and team were super helpful, really accommodating, and proactive with any support needed. They helped give a positive experience in moving into a new flat at a tough time! They also went the extra mile on pieces that weren’t necessary like chasing solicitors and developers, which was just amazing!

I can’t even stress how much of an angel Renee has been in my whole house moving process. She was friendly, attentive, professional and very involved right from the very start (and gave excellent advice all the way through). I was sceptical about buying from such a big developer, especially since it was my first house but I’m grateful for the whole team’s support, and the flat is amazing. There was a huge issue with the solicitors and help to buy, but Renee and her team did everything in their power to help move things forward and eventually I have a home.

Everyone was super helpful and patient with our constant requests for extra visits or information, they made what was a very stressful and confusing time a lot of clarity. Would definitely recommend, their knowledge and customer service were welcome for us as first home buyers using the help to buy government scheme.

I bought a property at Peckham Place in August. René and Tracy were so very helpful, attentive, informative and speedy in response throughout the whole process. They made it a very pleasurable buying experience with their warmth and friendliness. René has even provided me with fabulous after sales care and I’m sure that’s just going above and beyond!

Maureen has been absolutely brilliant. After being the first person to show me around the property I immediately fell in love with the place. Her care for the sales process has continued throughout, extending to helping me with issues that are far out of her duty of care, even on her day off. She is an asset!
