Ordered for my daughter for Christmas…

Ordered for my daughter for Christmas on the 30th November. It is the 3rd of March, no response, no delivery but definitely they have taken my money! Feels like a scam company especially after reading the reviews......I will 100% read reviews before purchasing anything online again

Ordered one handbag

Ordered one handbag, but was shipped and charged for 2!!

They refuse to allow me to return one and get a refund !!!

This is obviously a scam of some sorts on their end and refuses to correct it, so left with no choice but to report to my credit card as fraud.

Ideally I’d give zero stars

Ideally I’d give zero stars. I ordered an item that was on a 30th December release. They claim it was dispatched on 7jan. It has never arrived. They have stopped responding to emails. I have no goods and no refund. There is no telephone contact. I’ll never use them again

Nothing went wrong with my order or shipping and my product came looking better in person than it did in the photos. Love!

I'm never ordering here ever again

I'm never ordering here ever again. Awful customer service, they tell you one thing and then it’s not even accurate. First they don’t let me know on their website that my order was a pre-sale, then they said it was shipping at the end of the month and then the said it was going to be shipped on January 30. And I only knew of this because I emailed them. Otherwise they don’t even let you know. It’s despicable.

Waiting for your order for over 2 Months

I have no idea what changed with the company because when i ordered from them a year ago it went very smooth. But this year i pre ordered something in oktober and there were so many issues. Firstly it was delayed we all received a mail from that but to tell us it got delayed month later okay no problem but when you order something in oktober you expect it to arrive before Christmas right? Wrong after many mails they took accountability and wrote something on there Instagram story and later we received a mail about the same issue mind you that was in the second week of December that was 2 months later after I ordered also they said they would try their best to deliver before Christmas but it could take up to 10 more days but yeah that would not be able to deliver before Christmas so I canceled my order. I got my money back fast that’s why I gave them 2 stars

They will lie, they will scam and they will block you if you try to complain or ask for a refund. Terrible customer service. Poorly handled business. Take your money elsewhere.

Hole and stain in baby tee

Got gifted the "female manipulator baby tee" and came with a hole at the bottom accompanied by a stain, by the time i received the gift it was too late to refund. The top itself is good quality and the print is nice but still came with a hole and slight stain :(

Great shipping time, but the company lied to me.

I can’t fault the shipping time - my item arrived in only two days. However, I am underwhelmed and disappointed with other aspects of my experience with the brand.

Firstly, I was told that the T-shirt I bought was made of a cotton rich material by someone managing their social media. I only buy natural fibres as I want my clothes to last, so I purchased it. I have now looked at the materials listed on the top and it is 95% viscose, 5% elastane. If you are someone who is unbothered by materials, then I think you should be fine, however I was absolutely lied to in this instance.

Lastly, the packaging shown on social media is a lot more carefully curated and intimate. My item showed up in a plain cardboard box with the item wrapped in plastic. No thank you card, returns invoice - anything. Perhaps the boxes I’ve seen are for influencers only, but I would have expected more from a brand that relies on aesthetics so heavily.

Pleasantly surprised!

I was hesitant to order from this website as I couldn't find many reviews, but decided to take a chance because I really liked the look of the products. I ordered five items: a locket, a tote, a jumper, a journal, and a phone case. Most of the items were shipped quickly and arrived within five days, the exceptions were the Pride and Predjudice items - the tote arrived after a week and the journal arrived in just over two weeks (maybe this range takes longer to produce than other items).

Personally, I'm really glad that I ordered and impressed with the quality. The pink swan jumper that I ordered is soft, comfortable, and pretty. It washes without a problem and doesn't feel scratchy or cheap. The locket is heavy metal not light or plasticy like I worried it might be and comes in a cute, themed box. The tote is strong and the print is large and clear. The journal is hardback and the design on the cover is beautiful, but the pages inside are quite thin and simple. The only item I'm disappointed with is the phone case, as the design is quite fuzzy/blurry.

All in all I'm happy with my order and would shop again; I think the products are cute, unique, and generally well made. The prices for some items seem quite high, but I appreciate that the brand also tries to employ sustainable, ethic practices, which I'm willing to pay more for to support.

It seems like European customers tend to have a better experience, which is something to consider before ordering. Personally I didn't have to pay any customs and with the exception of the journal, all my items arrived quickly and safely.

Black swan set

Everything from the payment to the delivery went very smoothly and the quality is very good just watch out for the sizing because it’s definitely not standard. Overall great experience!!

All that glitters, then nothing...

It’s clear they enjoy building their brand but all that enthusiasm fades when it comes to fulfilling the customer’s side of the experience. You’ll see it on their social media: a beautiful, curated world, creative marketing and all the effort poured into the image of the brand and that attention doesn’t seem to extend beyond the point of purchase.

I had to put in so much of my own time, money, energy and effort just to get the product delivered to me. It was stuck at customs. I reached out to them and got no response. They claimed they didn’t receive any emails from my end so I sent proof. Still, nothing. I had already paid for delivery through their website only to be hit with additional fees from a third-party courier. All of which I had to handle on my own and when I finally received the item, it felt like I had done all the hard work just to receive something that I could’ve found a similar (or better) product locally at a fraction of the cost? The products don’t justify the price or the hassle especially if you’re ordering from overseas. I would not recommend it! It simply wasn’t worth the effort.

I’m not going to deny they have a lovely collection and you’d expect a brand that takes such pride in what they create to care just as much about how customers experience it but unfortunately that care is missing here. I just feel that if they’re running a brand people are investing in, they should take a bit more responsibility and not disappear into silence when their customers are left searching for answers.

Tantamount to fraud

I placed an order and it didn’t allegedly ship out until almost three weeks later and only after I reached out via email. It took days to get a response and the reply I received just said the package was lost, it wasn’t their responsibility, and offered a refund. I responded asking for a replacement order because some of the items were gifts, waited for days again for a reply, I was told it wasn’t possible due to stock issues. After expressing my frustration and disappointment, I was told that the tracking for my order was suddenly moving and denied the previously offered refund. I still have not received my order, I have not received a refund, and was told to contact the postal service (who in turn told me to contact the company back). Favorite Child takes zero accountability for their business, zero responsibility for their orders, it takes several days and multiple emails to get a response, and they provided awful customer service once they finally reply. Zero stars and strongly do NOT recommend doing business with them!

Horrible brand

Horrible brand. Shocking quality and terrible customer service. Bag arrived made of crap material and the zip doesn’t even fit on the bag.
When I emailed about returning it they said they had sent me a returns portal (which they hadn’t). When I said that they took almost a week to reply and just replied the exact same thing.
Save your money and your time.
