I ordered an item and it doesn’t fit (there sizes must be small and they are refusing to refund me) I havnt even wore it ! The support team via email is being very rude and unhelpful..
If I could apply less than 1 star I would, scammers. Don’t bother unless you like throwing your money away - unable to send back items unless they are damaged
I have order Two owala bottles both of the have issue with the release button( keep popping out). I have compared the two new bottles two my old owala and they have look completely different (size, material, quality)
I have reach out to owal to check if the bottles order from this website are original and I have been advised that they are fakes
Fayvren or Favior advertise Limited Edition Owala drink bottles. I have recently bought two limited edition Owalas from Fayvior (fayvior.com). Two Black Cherry - both the 32oz and 24 oz. I’ve several owalas to date and love the colour (and was looking forward to doing a favourable review) however I was disappointed to find that my 24oz one has a leak. When I tried to get a replacement via the company and subsequently via Owala’s lifetime warranty I was advised by Owala that they were not authentic (buyer beware of these fakes and also the limited conditions Fayvren offer a refund etc)
