Amazing Team and Technology!

Firstly the level of engagement and responsiveness from the team is not something i've experienced before, they are all over it, always happy to help and interested in your feedback.
Secondly the technology in the form of Cascade Intelligence and Shannon is amazing as someone who works across multiple sales orgs, i can see huge benefits in implementing this solution across small businesses and enterprise, giving the context to all sales activity that is always missing when using AI. Great work!

Started with done for you podcasting staying for sales insights

I've been working with Cascade for a little over a year now, and it's been impressive to watch the company evolve based on the needs of its clients.

When I first joined, they provided a done-for-you podcast solution that handled guest booking, production, and distribution. The process was smooth, professional, and saved me a tremendous amount of time while helping me consistently produce my podcast.

As the company grew, they began developing an AI-powered platform to streamline production workflows and improve turnaround times. Rather than standing still, they continued looking for ways to make the experience better for their clients.

What I've appreciated most is their willingness to listen and adapt. They recognized that podcasting isn't just about creating content—it's also about generating business results. In response, they added a sales component designed to help clients convert podcast guests into potential customers, creating more value and a stronger return on investment.

It's rare to find a company that continues innovating while staying focused on client success. I've enjoyed working with the team and look forward to seeing where they take the platform next.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company

They have been doing all the behind-the-scenes stuff for my Thriving Through podcast for 1 1/2 years. All I have to do is do the pre-interview and interview and submit the transcript and show notes. They do the rest including finding leads and creating video snippets and shorts. The company is extremely responsive and is genuinely interested in helping their clients succeed. They are developing an extremely robust AI-driven operating system designed to help clients master their sales process and convert more clients. I'm really enjoying getting in on the groundfloor of this OS. The support and resources just keep getting better and better.

I have been using Cascade to sharpen how I show up in high-stakes sales conversations, and the difference has been immediate. What impressed me most was how quickly it identified the gaps I did not even know existed in my process. The coaching is specific, practical, and built around real conversation data, not generic advice. For anyone operating at the executive level who wants to close more consistently and show up with more precision on every call this is the tool that actually delivers. Highly recommend.

Improved my sales skills significantly

I've been very impressed with the data coming out of FBED, and the speed with which they're able to help me improve my sales skills and find the holes that really exist. They've definitely helped me find new ways to approach elements of sales calls that were previously completely hidden from me.
