Raif provided an excellent service. He was patient, polite, professional, and highly skilled. He explained everything clearly, and completed the job to the highest standard. Truly appreciate his hard work and dedication!

It was very professional service.

Mr Franches was very polite and professional. He come and found the problem and done something extra like cleaning the sink system for stopping future problems F28 code on my boiler.

And inside the house he used glove on his shoes.

I spoke to FDH Services on Monday regarding a bad leak I had.
After getting off the phone to my housing, FDH Services called me and said they will get someone out within 4 hours same day. As this was raised as an emergency they were quick to sort this out and caring towards me.
Can't thank the office and the plumber who attended as he stopped the leak for me straight away.

Rude and uninformed manager billie. Looking at other reviews, this is a consistent problem with this person yet management seem to find this acceptable.

incompetent workmen who ruin your property. Rude and obstructive customer services person called Billie - DONT let these cowboys anywhere near your home!

Very poor customer services, incompetant and sarcastic management. This company lies to customers, operatives turn up at your property unannounced without warning. No letters confirming attending and when questioned FDH services become rude and sarcastic. This is a company to avoid!!! Dodgy!!

Every time i’ve contacted FDH it’s been horrible, i’ve had enough of their quick fixes There’s no heating or hot water in Winter when i’ve called before they close they’ve said it can only be done tomorrow when the main tenant has recently returned from hospital and there’s a under 18 in the house and we still can’t get hot water and heating in the Winter months.
I honestly want to know what is an emergency for this horrible company surely no heating or hot water in December while there’s an elderly should be deemed as an emergency.

Recently had our boiler changed by FDH Services and would highly recommend them.
The work was carried to a high standard and the engineer that attended was polite, clean and tidy.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I would totally recommend FDH.
Work carried out in a professional manner. FDH Came and did a safety check, advised on what was needed, and offered a no-nonsense quote. the work is now completed.
To start I used a different company, T.I.C.S Global UK to carry out the test, but had to change to FDH after T.I.C.S were totally incompetent.

I thoroughly recommend FDH Services. Gavin arranged for my Vaillant boiler to be repaired at short notice when I was let down by another company engineer. Amazingly he also checked and organised for it to be done under warranty, at no charge! which was completely unexpected and welcome. Thank you again!

The response and service I received from FDH Services was excellent. From speaking to Gavin Dangerfield at 3pm on a Friday afternoon an engineer was booked to attend my property next morning. The problem was fixed by Sunny the engineer at 9am that morning and thanks to the guys hot water once again ! The cost of the works was extremely reasonable too. I’ve worked with FDH for several years. Brilliant multi-faceted maintenance team, very professional work that they hold to their own high standards. Very responsive on emergency call outs also. Would recommend every single time!

I had a leaking toilet and a broken shower . The plumber was very professional, on time and the problems were fixed effectively. My invoice came a few days later and I could pay online . An excellent family business which I highly recommend. A fair price for excellent work .
