Being a more mature buyer I had had varied experiences of buying and selling property before I used Amy Abbott at FDR. I can honestly say Amy made this time the smoothest experience I have ever had
She kept me up to date with what was happening by phone and e mail and gave me clear explanations of all transactions
If I had any queries she responded quickly and if she didn’t have the answers immediately she kept me updated as she was investigating them

I have worked with Francesca directly for over a decade as she has dealt with both business and personal property sales/ purchases. There has never been a transaction or an issue she couldn’t resolve. She is efficient, knowledgeable, unlike a lot of conveyancers, always answers the phone and deals with emails and queries on the day of receipt. If there’s an issue, she resolves it. I personally wouldn’t ever use anyone else when buying or selling a property. Can’t recommend her enough.

I recently sold an investment property through FDR Law. Sinead was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Unfortunately, the buyer's side proved difficult, consistently dragging their heels, but she continued to follow up and chased the other side until we completed. Highly recommend!
