I was assigned to Cecelia during my "2nd" process for my MBE certification. I couldn't be more happier with Cecelia's efforts. She was energetic, engaged, and tenacious in helping me in getting all of my necessary paperwork submitted in a timely manner. I marveled at Cecelia's patience and care.
