Appointment Complications
I could not use the app machine specific tabs at the top because when Id select them, the tutorial for them would pop up. The buttons to dismiss the tutorial could not be pressed due to my phones home button and back button. I submitted a ticket about it and they were great to respond and will be releasing a fix May 22.

I had an issue with a malfunction on my bike within a few months of my purchase. The customer support team evaluated my issue and resolved to send me a new unit.😀🤙 I was so thrilled because it was completely unexpected and they felt how much I loved my riding experience with my Yosuda bike. Even before my purchase, after much research into the many bikes on the market, I knew that my Yosuda was going to become an integral part of my fitness plan. Excellent customer service! I emailed asking for a delivery date and FED Fitness repsonded the same day and then took the initiative to keep me up to date on my delivery. Customer support for Yosuda Pro-M
I purchased a Yosuda Pro - M bike in 2024. The bike is very well built and has significantly enhanced the quality of my exercise routine.
Unfortunately, the resistance bar eventually broke — the threads became worn, causing it to spin freely without providing any resistance. I contacted the customer support team, and they were highly responsive. After I provided the necessary evidence, they promptly sent a replacement part.

I purchased a recumbent bike that came with two right pedals, so I reached out to the customer support email in the instructions and they responded within hours. They were so apologetic and professional. They immediately got me out a left pedal, and have been super communicative throughout the process. Good customer service should be a given, but it’s not, so when it happens it’s refreshing and heartening. Shoutout to Yanna for being an A+ representative of this company!
