They are theiving scam artists.

I put a relatively large order in. They sent the completely wrong items. Now I've been offered a 15% refund if I send it back which will cost a fortune from the UK.

Being disabled I honestly thought these would be what I was looking for. But not only were they the wrong item, but the sizing was so bad I think I would've needed to double the size.

Please do not waste your money! Cheap products that are nothing like the pictures. Absolutely no support just some random strips of fabric shaped like a bra. Company wont refund me unless I send it back and pay for shipping myself which from UK to china costs almost as much as I paid. Don’t order from this site!

Very cheap looking garments. Beige colour was an orangey brown colour. The bras I got were not the ones I ordered. Size L was more a medium. Not worth anywhere near what I paid. Really disappointing. Do not recommend

I order bras they sent some very chip looking things nothing like what I order when I asked for a refund they said send the things back and you have to pay the postage witch was more than the order but only give me a credit note for half of what they they cost wouldn’t pay me the £10 back to my PayPal

I had to place 2 orders with this company first in March this year which they sent the wrong items out and they will only give a 20% refund when it was their error plus i would have to pay to return them which would cost me £20. I emailed them attaching a copy of my order wjich shows the exact items ordered and a screen shot of the items they sent.
I placed another order 11/04/2026 emailing them with a photo of what i ordered and got back an email showing me my ordered items. Yesterday 20/04/2026 i received my order and yet again it is the same wrong items sent in diffetent colours. So i sent them another email attaching a screenshot of my order and a screenshot of what they sent stating that this is the 2nd order they have sent me with the same wrong items. to be told the exact same thing they will only refund 20% and i have to find a logistics company to return them. I will be seeking legal advice on this matter and will then be contacting this incompetant company back.

Definitely do not waste your money from this site
I have recently broken my arm and thought I would try a front fastening bra. chose 2 styles in multipacks from their site but what I have eventually received has little resemblance to either of the styles I chose and I am unable to even try them on. Very poor quality and flimsy fabric so I wouldn't expect them to give any support anyway.

Ordered the lace bra buy one get one free from this company im a 40e I ordered the size it recommended. I recieved my order 2 days ago they look nothing like the advert and do not fit at all currently in a dispute over a refund .if I could give a zero star I would .
