Travel health insurance
I took the travel health insurance to qualify for the Visa D at the embassy, and it worked amazingly. I arrived in Austria and applied to the all risk medical insurance and everything went amazingly. They are so supportive and responsive via email and very very felixable. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone thinking about having medical insurance in Austria or Europe.

I’m with feelsafe more than 2 years already! They provide the highest quality ever !
Because usually I don’t have patience to wait an answer with e-mail. And have so many questions, You can ask any questions via Chat in Feelsafe’s web site. Now is 23:13, and I didn’t even wait 15 seconds, answer came. I got all the answers to my question, and of course I was very happy with the answers as well! The best insurance company and team ever!

Feelsafe.at - Exceptional Health Insurance for International Students
I recently had the opportunity to experience the Health insurance process with Feelsafe.at as an international student and I have to say, it was a truly positive experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy to navigate. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions and concerns promptly.

Feelsafe was really quick to respond to any of my (even if they were dumb on my part) queries or requests. Their insurance packages are also pretty intuitive, and the speed of their service is really remarkable. These kinds of companies are really rare these days and so is their team who really do care about helping their clients and providing a useful and required service. 69/10

Great communication
I was insured with Feelsafe (Uniqa) for a few months and had a good experience. I went to an eye doctor and paid 190e for the eye examination. Uniqa reimbursed me the whole amount after I claimed it.
