I filled out a form and they got in contact via WhatsApp. They left a message but didn't bombard me. There was no pressure from the start. Simon the advisor assigned to help me find a car, was direct, told me about his process and we got on with it. He asked me what I wanted? I told him and he searched for it. I changed my mind about colour but he wasn't fazed. Then through a spanner in the works and went for a different type of car altogether. He seamlessly adjusted and before I knew it, I had a car. I'm a very happy woman. My experience with this company was excellent.

The first advisor's name was Hanna and she was patient, extremely helpful, informative, and lovely to speak to. My second advisor (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I have a very busy family life and they were both more than happy to rearrange calls, and text to stay in contact. Female finance is an amazing company, they're advisor are efficient, and empathetic both were outstanding.

I honestly can't recommend Chris and the team at Female Friendly Finance enough. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly patient, professional, and supportive. We spent two days looking at so many different cars, and he never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. He took the time to check every option with me and helped me choose the right car for my needs.

The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Once we found the right car, everything moved so quickly. My finance was approved, and within just a few hours everything was sorted. I was genuinely surprised by how easy the process was.

From my very first enquiry, the service I received from Female Friendly Finance was outstanding.

A special thank you to John, who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the right car. He was knowledgeable, patient and always available to answer my questions, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring.

Unfortunately, the first vehicle developed serious issues and had to be rejected. Although that part of the process was outside Female Friendly Finance's direct responsibility, John continued to support me, kept in touch, and even got involved in following up the case while helping me arrange my replacement vehicle. That level of care goes far beyond what I would normally expect.

What impressed me most was that I never felt like "just another customer". Even when things became complicated, I always felt supported and knew the team genuinely wanted the best outcome for me.

I just recently got my new car and Chris at Female Friendly Finance was such an amazing help! He made the process so stress free from start to finish, I didn’t make it the easiest as I didn’t really have a make or model in mind but within a few days I was picking up my new car! I’m also neurodiverse so having the option to do the majority of communications via WhatsApp was a huge plus for me and took away so much anxiety and also made the process so much easier to manage with your day to day life.

I just recently purchased a car through Frmal Friendly Finance. From the start they were on the ball with helping me. My advisor Simon was amazing, helping me to pick a car and stick to my budget. I had been struggling to get approved else where as I have still got to settle Finance on another car, but Simon managed to get me an approval which saved the day! This company is amazing I’ve never taken any car finance out before. Didn’t even no how to start. It literally took 48 hours from start to finish and I’ve now got my dream car sitting on my drive . Customer services is amazing the support is outstanding. They did everything for me . I had contact with John on hand for every question. Fantastic company! We got in touch Thursday and had our finance and new car on Friday! Everything was made really simple for us, I would advise anyone to use Female friendly finance as they go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want for the budget you set. Barry was our advisor and he was great at communicating and keeping me up to speed with where the process was up to, he is a credit to the business he kept on checking in to make sure we was happy with everything, I couldn’t of asked for much more from him. Overall a 10/10 stress free experience, I am one very happy customer.
