Terrible customer service and product. DO NOT USE!! I cancelled my membership during the free trial period because I didn't use it, and they still charged me twice for membership (totalling £134). I emailed the company many times over several months with evidence and never heard back. I'm still waiting for a response.... The poor customer service and refusal to refund is particularly terrible given their 'service' to vulnerable women with fertility problems. Its exploitative and scammy.

I never signed up for this bs. I am 60 years old. Why would I. My account was hacked. Someone better reach out fast!!!!

Never even subscribed to this and they have taken 38.99 from my account. Scammers

If I could give less than one star I would. I cancelled my subscription months ago and get charged $66.65 monthly! I’m furious and frustrated as I can’t see how to cancel this. I will have to report fraud on my card and get a new one issued. What a pain! I just got charged again today.

En telecharchargant l appli QUI EST SOIT DISANT GRATUITE DANS LA PUB INSTAGRAM en fait vous souscrivez un abonnement SANS LE SAVOIR AVEC RENOUVELLENT AUTOMATIQUE en plus sinon c'est pas drôle .... ce qui est absolument illégal!
Donc l'appli est tout en anglais ce que vous découvrez après téléchargement car bien sûr cela n'est précisé nullepart.
Ensuite vous découvrez des débits sur vos extraits SANS AVOIR DONNÉ D'AUTORISATION DE PRELEVEMENT!!!
Quand après presque 45min de recherche pour trouver comment les contacter, vous écrivez en français on vous répond en anglais pour vous dire que tout est de votre faute!!!

It's a scam. I cancelled my subscription in March and as of December still being charged. Another app preying and capitalizing on women's health.

I’ve never even activated my account and they’ve been charging me £38 per month for 10 months. They’re not responding to my emails - I will be getting legal advise given I never got anything for the cost. Do not use this product

They keep charging and doing auto renewals, I never even used it

Cette entreprise est une grosse arnaque. Prélèvement abusifs en échange d aucun service ni produit. Prélèvement automatique sans autorisation préalable. Pub en Français mais ne répondent qu en Anglais . A fuir ce sont des voleurs !

Cancelled auto renew yet just got billed for another 3 months. If this is not daylight robbery then I wonder what is.

AWFUL. The information in the app is incorrect. I had a miscarriage and it kept saying "you told us this is your first pregnancy", even though I had the miscarriage whilst using the app so it should know! Also has my age wrong. I can't change either bits of info in the app so it's basically running on incorrect data which you don't want. I emailed and they told me to delete and reinstall the app. I did, still no joy. I emailed again and they just ignored my subsequent three to four emails chasing them. I emailed again and was again ignored, to then get an email saying "you haven't responded to us so we are closing this ticket". Absolute joke. Don't bother paying for it as there are better apps out there with customer service that works and apps you can actually manage details in correctly. Go to Premom or Flo!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! I saw an advert on Instagram for Femia and as I am someone who is currently struggling with fertility issues I thought that this app could potentially help me. After signing up through a link on Instagram I suddenly realised that what I signed up for was not going to help me as you had to pay a subscription for full access. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SUBSCRIPTION and continued to unsubscribe and deleted the app. Months later I receive a charge from my bank for 66€! I have tried to contact customer services NUMEROUS times and have yet to receive any reply, stay far away from this company as they are taking advantage of vulnerable women who are only trying to keep track of their health.

I have purchased 3 months intro for eur 25.99. After few weeks I requested the money back since I did not find the application useful for me. Nobody from the customer support replied to me. Instead, 3 months later, they charged me another"subscription" eur 66,60, auto renewal, without any prior warning. I immediately requested the cancellation and again requested my money back. The customer service - Sophie, replied that my subscription is cancelled and asked for a proof of my non replied emails, so they can deal with it. I sent. Then I sent many more emails...But again no reply from them at all!! Untrustworthy app! I would avoid.

Scam, avoid this app at all costs. I downloaded the app, money has been taken from my account. One month subscription EUR 25.99 and three months EUR 66.65 has been taken without authorisation. I wonder how they got my payment details. They used Paypal, so I have cancelled my paypal account to avoid it from happening again.

I downloaded this app without agreeing to any subscription and they are taking unds from my bank account. on their web they refer me to go to google pay to cancel however I have no such subscription in google pay. SCAM!

Scam. Stay away at all cost. I was scammed by Famia. They charged me €66 even though I had already deleted the app from my phone. I never authorized this payment. This is a complete scam. Beware and stay away from this app!
