🚨 SCAM ALERT
🚨 SCAM ALERT: "HER+" / "FEM+" Wellness Subscription Trap (tryfemplus.co) 🚨I work directly in financial consumer customer service, and I almost got completely taken for a ride by a highly manipulative online supplement scam. If you see ads on Facebook or Instagram for HER+ or FEM+ wellness drops/supplements, DO NOT BUY.Here is exactly how they bypass your checkout choices to steal your money:🛑 1. The Search Engine TrapI saw an ad on Facebook. The link looked shady, so I went to Google to find the "Official Website." Instead, Google placed their highly polished site right at the top. It looks 100% professional and integrates seamlessly with the Shop App to show your past real orders, tricking you into a false sense of security.🛑 2. Overriding the "Unchecked" BoxDuring checkout, I explicitly UNCHECKED the box for a recurring membership. It didn't matter. The moment the receipt hit my inbox, they forced a hidden monthly subscription anyway.🛑 3. The Multi-Charge Fine PrintTheir automated receipts explicitly state: "It’s normal to see more than one charge from FEM+ on your statement... if you purchased two special offers, you may see three charges in total." They use deceptive post-purchase pop-ups to repeatedly hit your card without your explicit authorization.🛑 4. The Dead Tracking ShieldThe moment you purchase, they automatically generate a fake tracking number through a shipping layer called Lulu Express Logistics (LULU...). There is zero activity or movement on the package. They do this instantly so that when you email support to cancel, an automated system replies saying your order "cannot be cancelled because it has already processed for shipment." It is a complete lie designed to delay you.💡 HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF IMMEDIATELY:Check your statements: Look for charges under HER+, FEM+, or tryfemplus.co.Do not waste time emailing them: Their customer service uses automated platform scripts to run you in circles and delay your dispute window.Block them at the bank: If you use Cash App or a credit card, go into your app settings immediately and block the merchant from making any future recurring drafts.File a Dispute: File an immediate dispute with your financial institution for "Goods Not Received" or "Deceptive/Unauthorized Charges."They rely on consumers feeling too embarrassed or confused to fight back. Don't let them. Share this to protect your friends and family!
