Pelvic floor exerciser
It is very hard to concentrate on using pelvic floor and keeping this heavy equipment in place. I feel I am doing a better job without it. Tried looking at YouTube video for better detail of how to use,but it's just a post from a customer and not informative. Would not buy.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do suggest on our website that our product is not suitable for people who are quite petite and have a smaller frame. We are working hard to get some informative video instructions on how to use our product. If you have not already please contact out support team and they will be able to sort out a refund

Doesn't stay in the area (top inner leg) it's supposed to so you have to hold it. Very heavy and cumbersome. No difference in the "settings" ... Just not easy to use.. therefore leads to not using it!! Also note that if you're not "impressed" you have to pay return postage and the product is heavy. Better options out there 🙄

We apologise for your experience with us. It may take a few tries for some people to get the hang of it but if you cannot seem to work it then please contact our support team so we can oeganise a refund if you have't already
I purchased their product on 15th…
I purchased their product on 15th April. I have not had any confirmation of the order or any communication at all. This is very unprofessional and I am worried that this is not a bona fide company.
