Fenchilin Opiniones 

Mirror broke after 9 months use (lights don't come on). Tried emailing Fenchilin numerous times with no reply. Their advertised phone numbers on their website in the UK and USA do NOT work! SO impossible to get hold of them. Avoid buying from these as quality is bad and you cannot get hold of them if needed.

One of the plastic bulb caps on our Hollywood Bluetooth mirror arrived cracked. It is impossible to contact Fenchilin in order to get a replacement 'bulb cover'.

We bought a make-up mirror that unfortunately was defect. We contacted the support and submitted a video proving that it didn’t work.
Two days after Fenchilin sent us a new mirror and we could keep the old one.
That’s what good customer service is all about. !
I give them the best recommendations.

I have yet to receive my order. Despite numerous requests for an update on my order and requests to cancel and refund, I have received no response. Terrible service, do not use this company!

I literally haven’t received the product yet after almost two weeks of it saying it has arrived. I cannot even find the tracking number on DHL. I’ve emailed the customer service multiple times and have received no response.

Customer service is trash I still haven’t been called back or a e-mail reply and the mirror is too after the first day the Bluetooth doesn’t work anymore the lights have a mind of it’s own nothing like advertised

The wrong order was shipped. I've contacted you to return the item and haven't received a response a week later...

I think the product is great, but you are not completely honest about it. It doesnt work on darker skin. I'm a bit tanned and you just can't tell the difference between my skin with or without sunscreen. You SHOULD be clear about it and have photos of darker skin and how the mirror works for them as well..

I have emailed multiple times trying to return my order and just been ignored. The product does not work.

My only disappointment is, a wall plug that works with the cord was included in the mirror. Such a little item huge convenience for the buyer.

I love it! It is more than I expected it to be, the speakers are pretty good I like listening to my iTunes while I do my beauty regimens. Good investment, I feel like I'm in Hollywood every day!

We got the mirror so fast ! Which is so nice these days. The mirror also had more great features than I thought! Didn’t realize it had bluetooth capability and speakers in the back! Great quality also .would definitely recommend!

Received vanity mirror with glass shattered. I’ve email and heard nothing from them and tried calling, but the line is either a false number or always “busy.” Spend your money elsewhere.
