Zac and Shane worked hard for 2 days installing 10 windows and a front door. Kept me informed each step of the installation. Extremely polite and left my house clean & tidy. The product looks great. Everything as promised.

We have used Fensters for years on a variety of glazing work, and 2 door installations. They are competitively priced and responsive. They take great care over measuring and specifying the work, giving you a clear quote so you understand what you are getting (thanks Perry!). The fitters are all extremely competent and personable. We had to replace our front door for accessibility reasons, they gave us confidence that our requirements would be met, reproduced the intricate leaded and stained-glass pattern of our old door, and did a quality fitting job (thanks to Johnnie and Shane!). In summary they are our go-to suppliers for all replacement and repair work.

We finally had our conservation windows replaced today, and we couldn't be happier with the results! A massive thank you to Johnny and Zak, who were absolute pros. They completed the fitting incredibly quickly and were friendly, polite, and deeply considerate throughout the whole process. We truly couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend this team! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately my experience of Fenster glazing does not match that of others.

Initially the process went well - the website was easy to navigate and contact with various members of staff was professional. However,
I found the quality of work and quality of windows poor and therefore would not recommend Fenster Glazing.

Recently has a new sliding patio door fitted. From start to finish the service was exceptional. The whole team were professional and could not do enough to help and explain the process and the quality of service delivered was amazing, we could not be happier and will definitely come back in the future for any additional requirements. Recently had a new composite internal garage/ fire door fitted and a new lock on another door (which wasn’t straight forward as a specialist door). Both of these tasks were more complex than a straightforward door or lock replacement and Fenster worked hard to research and work with their supplier base to source exactly what was needed, at a really reasonable price and worked with pace to get it done as quickly as they could. Excellent service and would highly recommend and use again for any window and door needs. Everyone we came in to contact with was knowledgeable, positive and wanted to do a great job.

Friendly, efficient and a quality installation of new French doors for our conservatory, slightly more expensive than the bigger companies but more than worth it for the service you receive.

Fenster recently replaced six windows for me and the experience from start to finish was excellent. I prefer to use local independent companies where possible. Pricing was very competitive and transparent,windows are of a good quality and installation was carried out by two helpfull and friendly fitters that clearly knew what they were doing.Delighted with the end result and the process as a whole..
