The team were really great with helping my partner and me select some pieces of furniture and decor for our house. They look super nice, too!
I ordered a stool in May 2023, which was due to be in stock the next month. In the meantime, the company went into liquidation and I became a creditor.
Some more months later, Sep 27 2023 I received notice that I had $312.50 gift credit to use at the store - so great. Their communication says "there is no expiry to gift vouchers" but they have refused honouring the credit now in 2025.
Simply put, they've taken my money, given me credit, and failed to honour it. Reflection of poor, poor integrity.
I cannot praise Kayla from Fenton & Fenton highly enough for her outstanding customer service. Not only did she promptly respond to my query with a solution, she continued to follow up throughout ensuring an easy and stress-free experience. Thank you Kayla!
Feedbacks are written when people experience extreme emotions. I am writing to say a big thank you to Fenton and Fenton for providing beautiful and high quality pieces at reasonable prices. I have purchase a couple of leather occasional chairs and a coffee table blindly. They came packaged so well and must I mention again how incredible the quality is. I’m blown away m. Happy customer and will remain as a loyal one. Highly recommend this company.
I had a really disappointing experience with Fenton and Fenton. A year ago I purchased 6 x flat leather dining chairs. After about 8 months from purchase I noticed a large crack down one of the chairs and it has since completely broken which I wouldn’t expect after less than a year of owning them.
I contacted Fenton and Fenton straight away when I noticed the crack with photos and they acknowledged this shouldn’t have happened. However due to the company going into liquidation a month after I purchased the chairs they said they couldn’t help in any way. They provided an email address to the EY liquidation team who I contacted three times and received no response. I told Fenton this and they still offered no further assistance.
I know the new owners don’t legally have to assist in this situation however I would have expected a bit more good will help given the chairs were new, expensive and purchased so close to the company going into liquidation which I obviously had no idea would happen. I won’t buy from Fenton and Fenton again given the quality of the product was poor and I didn’t receive any helpful customer service.

The new owner Matt addressed my negative google review by calling me personally to come to a solution. He went above and beyond to find me some pieces from left over stock to make sure what I had originally ordered could be fulfilled, despite the previous liquidation causing me some issues. He explained to me that the store credit given was not from money they have- my money spent before the old owners went down with them in bankruptcy. So the credit was a gift from the new owners to make sure I didn’t lose all my money. Grateful for Matt and new Fenton and Fenton owners for going out of their way to assist me.
Appalling customer service, still chasing my piece of furniture that F&F were very happy to take full payment for over 3 months ago and was told 10 days ago it would be on 'next weeks delivery'. I would shop elsewhere and will not be using this company again.
WOW. Ordered the beautiful zig zag bone inlay bedside cabinet. Not only did it arrive early it was packed so well so there was literally no chance of damage in the transit process. The item itself is of very high quality. Absolutely love it. Thank you.
The quality of this company is reflected not simply in their products but in their customer service. I was disappointed with a purchase I made most recently and sent an email to F&F saying so. There response was swift, genuine and my concerns were addressed satisfactorily. I highly recommend F&F.
