This is my second round of retrieval and wanted to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible after a failed first round. I scheduled a trigger shot for 7pm. The nurse was supposed to arrive at 6:45 to prepare the shot and then administer it exactly at 7pm. At 6:53 the nurse had not arrived and I reached out to the service with no response. I finally had to make the call to mix my shot and administer it myself in a panic before 7pm. I am a self-pay fertility patient and this lack of professionalism has put my over 20,000 investment into my egg retrieval into jeopardy. I reached out to let them know that the nurse never arrived and that I would like a refund. They then called to offer a refund and "a trigger shot credit should I have to do another round of IVF." I am sure this service is fine if it is not a highly time-dependent trigger shot, but for anything where reliability is involved, I would not recommend it.

They responded immediately as soon as I contacted them.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Fertility Home Care starting from my initial outreach.

Booking with FHC was such an easy and personable experience. The owner, Gene, got back to me within just an hour or two of my outreach (on a Sunday night nonetheless!). He assured me I would be well taken care of.

As one can imagine, IVF is a stressful time, and it is intimidating, especially for first timers. I didn't think I could manage doing the trigger shot myself, so FHC secured Renee to come over and administer my trigger. She was so knowledgeable and kind, and she did a great job of making me feel comfortable and at ease. I was extremely nervous about it, but Renee was such a pro, I ended up not even feeling it when she injected me! Things could not have gone better/more smoothly. Renee even followed up the next day to send well wishes for the procedure.

I can't recommend this service enough. I am so grateful for Gene and Renee, who helped me through a truly nerve-wracking time. If you're thinking about using an injection service, definitely go with Fertility Home Care!

Amazingly easy to coordinate. A great experience. The staff was prompt in replying to questions and was even able to make a last minute weekend appointment change. Timing is so important in this process so their quick response and flexibility really helped reduce the stress. The nurse who came was also extremely pleasant and a soft hand with a needle.

Gina is so sweet, fast, and knowledgeable. Gene is super friendly & helpful in getting things scheduled last minute. Love this service!

Amazing experience overall. I found out about FHC the day before starting my IVF cycle and they were so supportive and helpful. They tried (and succeeded) in getting my help for my first day of injections!! So friendly and understanding. Highly recommend.

We felt like we needed additional training for our stims injections so we booked a virtual session. Eugene was great at not only teaching us the right technique but also tips to make the process go smoother. In my case, I’m not afraid of needles but his guidance gave me the confidence to do it on my own. We also booked them for our trigger shot. They were able to accommodate us right away and our nurse Alex was right on time. She was knowledgeable and very sweet. I didn’t feel any pain at all. They connected me with Manal, a remarkable nurse whose commitment was above and beyond. Manal’s willingness to visit my home at 9:15 pm for the trigger shot was extraordinary. Handling this alone would have been daunting, if not impossible, for me. I’m incredibly grateful for their service and feel fortunate to have found them. Their company is truly a boon for anyone undergoing fertility treatments. I strongly encourage others in similar situations to seek out their services. It’s a decision you won’t regret.
