Gene and Annie provide excellent services. The process from intake to the delivery of service is seamless. Gene responded to my request for services on the same day, and was able to coordinate nursing services promptly. Ms. Patel did a great job in teaching me efficient ways to administer my medication, and was patient in supervising while I administered them. On the day of my trigger shot, I had some questions on the best way to administer it, and Gene responded to my text late in the evening , and even had the courtesy to do a face-time with my husband and I to make us feel confident and supported. I really appreciate the dedication of Gene and Annie, and their passion for helping others. I highly recommend their services!

Annie was lovely to coordinate with. She was prompt & helpful. The nurses who came to our apartment couldn't have been nicer, and did a fantastic job. Coordinating was simple, and they were on time. I also picked up some new techniques for future injections that were really helpful. This is such a wonderful service that takes significant stress/anxiety out of an already very stressful situation. I would highly recommend to anyone, and I'm sure I'll use again myself!

I seriously wish I could give them 10 stars and I’m so glad I found them! They are extremely responsive, timely, reliable, and friendly. They clearly understand what an overwhelming and stressful process this can be, and working with them made it all so much better. I highly recommend them!

Gene and Annie are the best. I was nervous about the next phase of injections and I sent them an email around 8pm two days before the injection, and five minutes later Annie called me and helped me with everything. The next day Gene reached out, all was coordinated and in place for us. The nurse was a blessing, kind and helpful for me and my husband on this part of the process. Their service is amazing and I am grateful that they were part of our journey.

Highly recommend using Fertility home care to get the daunting process started. Everything feels much more manageable going into this process now.

Both Annie and Gene provided personalized support from the moment we connected to discuss my needs. The process of starting IVF injections can be overwhelming and they both put my mind at ease. The injection nurse Alix I secured the first night was so helpful. And the training that Gene conducted at our home the second night was extremely thorough and I felt confident I could do it on my own after only one visit. This service is worth every penny, highly recommend!

Gene and Annie are wonderful! The nurse that they scheduled for me was right on time and all went very smoothly for my injection! The next day they text me to ask if all went well the night prior for my injection. Thank you both for your excellent customer service.

I am so appreciative of Fertility Home Care. Gene and Annie made scheduling the injections and teaching easy. The teaching was outstanding and gave me confidence to do most on my own. I don't even feel them. Their support is invaluable, and they have checked in on me every day to make sure I don't have any questions and that my self-administered ones are going well. I just wish I knew about Fertility Home Care at the beginning of the process.

Gene and Annie were great. My nurse arrived a few minutes early. She was professional and compassionate. I felt in great hands not only during the shot but after my retrieval. They checked in on me before my doctor did. It was so re-assuring to work with people who understood.

Wonderful service. Annie was so great and flexible when I wasn't sure when I was able to do my trigger shot. She was able to get a nurse out to me within only a few hours notice.

Gene was extremely helpful in training my husband and I in administering the injections. We were able to put it into practice the next day, confidently. I am so thankful that their business exists to help us (non medically trained people) go through this journey.

Communication was a little spotty and more would be appreciated in the up-front part of the process. Despite that, I would highly recommend their services!

Great service! Annie is very responsive and quick to book assistance with your at-home IVF treatments. She is also available to speak over the phone or through text and gives clear advice/instruction. Would definitely recommend them!

After reading a lot of blogs, I felt that egg freezing would be a daunting process! Luckily, through FertilityHC, not only did I not have to administer my own shots, but I enjoyed the overall support of everyone apart of FertilityHC that I’m happily going for a second round of egg freezing this year. A lot of my friends asked how did I make it through my injections and I didn’t ever look at the needle! Thank you so much for making this experience as great as it could be. Recommend this to anyone considering freezing their eggs so there’s one less stress to worry about :)

We are so grateful to have found Fertility Home Care! We love our IVF clinic, but the instructional videos they shared and quick in-office demo weren't quite enough to put us at ease. We didn't realize how stressed we'd been about home injections until we no longer had to worry about them. As soon as we confirmed our first appointment with Gene, we felt like a huge weight had been lifted. Gene exceeded our expectations in every way.
