Best customer service

My package was delayed to the point that it was probably lost in transit by UPS. I reached out to customer service and they offered me either a refund or exchange. They are always incredibly responsive and the clothes are great!

The clothes are cute but the quality is mediocre

The clothes are cute but the quality is relatively poor sometimes. I do find the customer service helpful when there are quality concerns. I also wish they would restock their sold out items, and bring back staples like work blazers.

I like the variety and frequency of new releases. Overall it’s a worthwhile membership.

⸻ Title: Not worth the membership – slow shipping and poor customer support

I joined Fewmoda expecting a smooth shopping experience, but it has been very disappointing. This is a membership-based retailer, and in my opinion, it is not worth it.

After placing my order, the items did not arrive on time. Only later did I find out they were shipping from an overseas warehouse, which is not clearly disclosed during checkout. If I had known this upfront, I would not have ordered.

Customer service is another big problem. When you reach out, you’re met with an AI email responder, not a real person. They do not answer their phone number, and there is no easy way to speak to a human agent. On top of that, getting a refund is very difficult and time-consuming.

Because the items were so late, I had to buy what I needed from another retailer. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Fewmoda, especially if you need your items by a certain date.

This brand is trash

This brand is trash. Do not order or waste money. My order arrived broken and it was a final sale item. The customer service is terrible. Cheap. I spend $50 on this. SHEIN is better.

Longtime Fan, Continued Few Moda Lover

I’ve been a loyal fan of this brand for a few years now — the quality of the clothing selection is *chef’s kiss* and pieces I’ve purchased years ago are still coveted fixtures in my closet. Their customer service team is also some of the best people, real people who want to help. I’d recently had a shipping blunder that was absolutely on me, and yet when I reached out they did everything they could to help me. And to think I couldn’t love the brand more!

Ordered (2) items in August 2025 and it is now November 2025 and still have not recieved the items. I emailed the company and they dont respond. The tracking number provided is no longer valid and has expired. They are definitely scamming people.

Love the quality and selection

Love the quality and selection they offer. My first order included a gorgeous wedding guest dress that got tons of compliments. Customer service was helpful and prompt when I had questions.

Customer service was extremely helpful…

Customer service was extremely helpful and responsive to my request/question. They have a 28 day return policy and I thought I had submitted my return in time but it was actually on the 29th day. They were understanding and allowed me to still submit my return.

Few Moda has a great selection to…

Few Moda has a great selection to choose your next must have piece that are at reasonable prices, and the shipping is speedy. The downside, I've purchased three pieces so far and although the clothing cut and fit are great, that material is subpar. The fabric is unintentionally sheer, see-through tops, and near evaporating skirt.

The wedding guest dress I bought was…

The wedding guest dress I bought was really low quality. Cheap material that was missing basic features/functionality in this type of gown (I.e. a zipper). Probably could have purchased the same thing on a Shein or equivalent for $75 less if I had to guess.
