Hab hier schon mehrere Teile bestellt und war immer super zufrieden. Sowohl was die Passgenauigkeit als auch das Finish angeht. Nur die Lieferzeit ist zum Teil sehr lang wenn die Teile gefertigt werden müssen.

Die Teile sehen super aus und passen perfekt. Leider war die Lieferzeit sehr lang, aber das warten hat sich gelohnt!

Waited 3 months for simple order. After checking up I received a vague answer about production delays, company could not and would not give an estimate on the remaining wait. The communication I perceived to be condescending, not helpful. Cancelled order and will not order again.
Honestly, a piss poor excuse for a company.

Also, check Aliexpress before you order. Most of their stock appears to be straight from the Chinese bargain bin.

Ich habe schon einige Carbon-Teile gekauft und montiert. Alle sehen sehr schick aus und sind sehr gut gemacht. Die Lieferzeiten sind unterschiedlich aber ok.

Super Qualität der Teile, schneller Versand und ein Support wo man tatsächlich auch noch kompetente Menschen am Telefon erreichen kann. Meine nächsten Teile bestelle ich definitiv wieder hier!

The folks at F&F carbon answered my pre-sales inquiry fast, and even though my order was a "special" one, with only half of the items in that they had listed on site, they still delivered quick, both the initial sale and actual parcel arrived fast. Only about 14 days wait total which is to be expected.

The fitment of the part is just perfect and this one honestly might look even better than the OEM part. Great job and keep it up!

Received a product with a clear manufacturing defect (carbon in the threading). I removed the obstruction myself to make it usable, which slightly damaged the edge. Company refused to take responsibility because I tried to fix it, and only offered €25 on a €127 product. Very disappointed with the lack of support and unwillingness to resolve fairly.

Ho ordinato un pezzo piccolo in carbonio per l'R7, è arrivato dopo 2 giorni (giustamente il pezzo era in pronta consegna), solo che è fatto male e non combacia con quello originale, alla fine sono riuscito a metterlo facendo un pò più di pressione ma fatto sta che non è affidabile.

Für meine Honda Fireblade habe ich bei F&F Carbon mehrere Carbonteile bestellt (u. a. Tankabdeckung, Frontkotflügel, Seitenteile). Die Lieferung dauerte mit knapp 10 Wochen zwar etwas länger als erhofft, wurde aber transparent kommuniziert. Als die Teile ankamen, überzeugte mich vor allem die Oberflächenqualität: gleichmäßiges Gewebe, keinerlei Einschlüsse – optisch echte Hingucker. Wer Wert auf erstklassige Optik legt und etwas Geduld mitbringt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Ich habe für meine Z900 Carbon-Teile bei F&F Carbon bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Teile saßen auf Anhieb – Passgenauigkeit tadellos. Der Kontakt verlief prompt und hilfreich, der Versand war zumindest bei mir super schnell.

Ordino 4 componenti per MV Agusta superveloce raccomandando da subito attenzione alla qualità e assemblaggi in quanto parte di un progetto one-off importante. Ricevo a distanza di 2 mesi il prodotto apro e noto che su una delle vasche inferiori carena è presente un graffio e la qualità del trasparente non è uniforme una parte probabilmente presenta eccesso di trasparente. Inoltre vedo che sotto all'etichetta del controllo qualità tedesco sono presenti etichette con caratteri cinesi..avendo richiesto espressamente prodotti di alta qualità made in EU scrivo due mail per segnalare la presenza di questi difetti e il mio grado di insoddisfazione. A distanza di 3 mesi non avendo ricevuto alcuna riposta trovo doveroso dover pubblicare la mia esperienza negativa. Possono insorgere problematiche qualitative ma la serietà di un fornitore si vede nel servizio post vendita....in questo caso inesistente.
